Heather grew up in Campbellton, New Brunswick. She completed a B.Sc. in Life Sciences at Queen's University (2013) and M.Sc. in Neuroscience at McGill University (2015) before returning to Queen's for medical school (2019). She's excited to complete a Queen's hat trick in the Physical Medical and Rehabilitation residency program.
Heather's primary clinical interests lie in neurorehabilitation, particularly in brain injury, stroke, and electrodiagnostics. She also has a strong interest in medical education.
Outside of the hospital, Heather can be found hiking, camping, playing (very recreational) ultimate frisbee, visiting the East Coast, or enjoying a patio drink with friends.
